Aventura is a young, vibrant and upscale community on the Intracoastal Waterway in northeast Miami-Dade County. This bright municipality is one of Miami-Dade’s newest cities and it was named after the Spanish word for “adventure”, referring to its beautiful large-scale condo projects and apartment buildings. 

Aventura is conveniently located just 20 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale to the north and Miami Beach to the south, within easy reach of two major South Florida airports and two of the largest and most popular seaports in the world. The grand spot to visit in this prosper suburb is the Aventura Mall, supplied with retail stores, eateries, and entertainment options, the best place to shop in Miami. 

For much of the year, the weather in Aventura is perfect for having a pleasant time in the many heavenly beaches of its coasts or just taking a relaxing walk through its several parks and cultural areas.
